paradox |ˈparəˌdäks|
noun
a statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory

When believing in or "for" anything in the Christian walk, there are certain absolutes that must be settled before proceeding. Without a solid foundation in the finished work of the cross, Christians of all walks have derived some of the most non-sensical, frustrating and blasphemous concepts known to man.
For instance, Galatians tells that we HAVE BEEN healed by the price that Christ paid yet in modern Christianity we're told that God doesn't heal anymore. Jesus told us that we were to do the works the he did (and greater) yet we question when miracles happen. Jesus is the EXACT representation of the invisible God and w ...

So often I speak to people who just want to make a difference, they want their lives to count. Yet many of those same people don't feel qualified, or good enough, to minister to others. I always ask them if they think King David felt "good enough" after he ordered the death of a man who happened to be the husband of the woman David had fallen in love with.
The point being, it's not our own righteousness that qualifies us to represent God...it's our story. Your story is the testimony that God is a good God. Your story is proof that Christ accepts us freely through his sacrifice and not out works.
You have a story of what God has done in your life. You have a testimony you can share with others, no matter the current state you're in. If you're trusting God not giving up, you have a story. If you're seeing hundreds in your church every week, you have a story. If you sinned ye ...

When you’re coming out of something and moving into another place, that’s not the time to get complacent and wait. That’s the time to pursue God and move forward in why you came out in the first place. When you feel stuck it’s because you’re coming out and about to move into something else. Don’t lay down and say, “I’ll just wait on God”.
When the nation of Israel came out of Egypt, they were led to a place that to them looked impossible to walk out of but it was actually the perfect set up to set them completely free. Moses had just led the people out of slavery and was walking them toward their future, toward the promise that God had made.
God made a promise of a land free from enemies, with all the resources they could ever need and on top of that, it was one of the most pleasant places in the world. God has that same promise for you today.&a ...

The body of Christ is the most valued entity from God's perspective but in many places in this realm, the body of Christ (referring to the church) is viewed as one of, if not the most destructive entity on the planet. The church has led inquisitions which took innocent lives, the church has banded in what it's against as opposed to what it's for, the church has kept a Pharasaical doctrine which says that righteousness is gained by our works...the list goes on.
I take responsibility as much as I can because I am a member of that entity as well. I am a member of the body of Christ. We have taken it a step further and have launched an organized body so I'm not trying to step all over the church, I just want to make the point that something so valuable to God has not produced the kind of fruit that reflects the value God has placed on i ...

We have recently met Pete and Sharon Mullins at CCC in Newnan, GA. They're pastors that believe that people should be equipped and empowered to be revivalists. I appreciate their heart to not exclude people based on judgment.
Sara and I ministered in their church a couple of weeks ago. I told a story about how God wants to glorify himself through us. Jesus tied "manifesting God's name" to having finished his work. In John 17, one of the most important things that he did to complete his work was that he manifested God's name. We focused on the fact that we are now to manifest God's name and everything associated with it...his authority, his glory, his love, his power!
We saw a few healings and a couple of people got gold teeth. One of the most significant displays th ...

I wanted to let you know what has been going on here. Do you remember when you and Sara told Beth and I that we could lay hands on our wicken neighbors and they would feel God? Well we did and they did and now they are saved and delivered (which took a couple of days with some violent demonic resistance) and they are doing very well.
I recently went to MEPS (military entry processing center) and Beth called me and told me I should go to the bar at the hotel...I really wasn't in the mood to drink but I felt like I should go anyways. So there I met a couple of guys going into the military and talked to them for awhile about God and the end of times and stuff and it ended up in one of the hotel rooms. one of them started talking about being tormented by demons and all of these illnesses so I asked him if he wanted me to pray for him and I did. he was delivered and healed of lock jaw, back pain, seizures, muscl ...

We were out to eat with some people from our church and I saw a lady walk by our table with a pressure cast on her leg. I asked her what happened and she told us the story. Once she was done, I asked if I could pray. I then asked her how if felt...she started moving it in a way that previously hurt her but she said there was no more pain.
She also said that she was going in for tests on her heart, we prayed for that and are expecting to hear a great report.
It's amazing how people want to tell you what happened to them. If you see a cast or cane or something that's obvious, ask them what happened and if you can pray then watch God work. You don't need a special anointing, or go somewhere to get something, if you're a believer, you have Christ and his power in you...reach out and watch God confir ...

This weekend we traveled to Huntsville Alabama and ministered at two home churches.
At Ron Marquardt's home church, there was a 12 week old baby that was not able to turn its head to the left without crying. The parents had been trying for move the baby's head to the left but all he would do was cry and resist. The back of his head had begun to flatten due to him always lying with his head to the right. I prayed for him and felt lead to speak to his neck and back. I called life into his neck and back. Almost instantly, he turned his very far to the left and lay there sleeping. The parents said he had never done that and if they tried to get him to do that, even while sleeping, he would wake up and cry. The baby layed there in that po ...

I prayed for a lady over the phone who had Parkinson's Disease. She walked with a walker, had intense back pain, was bent over and moved very slowly.
After praying, she said all her pain left, she was standing up straight and she was moving much faster.
She was seen a week later and she didn't have her walker and was still pain free.
I also prayed for her sister the same day and they both went shopping and felt great with no pain. I believe both women are in their 70's.
